Summary of Space Weather.
Sunspots AR3163 and AR3165 have unstable 'beta-gamma'magnetic fields
that harbours energy for Earth-directed M-class Solar flares. The 
geomagnetic conditions are quiet at all levels. The solar wind 
speed has slightly increased.
